Unique Land Investments (ULI), Inc is a small, minority and veteran owned non-profit business headquartered in Royal Oak, Michigan, with an administrative office in Detroit, Michigan. We offer a broad industry experience to our clients in the areas of project management, smart technology homes, asset management process and performance assessments, project scope definition, cost analysis, scheduling, resource analysis, risk analysis, project management field office operations, reporting, forecasting and training.

The Unique Land Investment team has a proven track record of successful delivering solutions across many diverse businesses and industries, as well as community based organizations such as the Divine Technology Center, Faith Based Community Home Buyer Program (i.e. First Time Home Buyer). Many clients have benefited from there relationship with Unique Land Investment by integrating our leap ahead technologies and detail cost analysis prior to the start of work. Mission Statement

The mission of ULI is to build a successful business center by coordinating and leverage critical resources, from the Unique Enterprises International (UEI) family of Companies; and providing a quality product to our clients. Our goal is to maintain a drug free work environment that promotes empowerment of the community, by selecting our workforce from the local community, training them and holding them to a high work ethics. ULI offers solutions for working in concert with government agencies such as the United States Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) by blending technology into homes and the workplace. Our most important attribute is our ability to develop job opportunities in the community as part of our project development.
